We had a hot water heater installed that we purchased at Home Depot. Ron was our technician and he was excellent. Our old hot water heater had a ton of build up inside so it was difficult to get out of the way. He was patient and left the area completely clean. He made sure the new hot water heater was working properly and went over all the preventative maintenance with myself and my husband. Roto-Rooter was exceptional from the service call to the completion of the work!

I had the absolutely best tech, Nate! He thoroughly explained my options, costs and outcomes in a knowledgeable and professional manner. He was able to clear the laundry room drain blockage quickly and effectively. Something two prior licensed plumbers couldn't do. I'm extremely happy with my service! Liz

Our service technician, Nate Williams, was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation and described to us his plan of action. He gave us prices for each action along the way, and was able to complete the job in the quickest and more cost effective way possible. Would definitely recommend!

I needed some maintenance done on my water heater. Say was my technician. He showed up on time and completed the job without leaving a mess. And that is huge for me. Thank you for your service. Satisfied customer.

Hands Down the nest experience that we could have had. And the process is so quick, they started the first day. I had the Pleasure of working with Dusty and Brandon. And aren't as expensive as people think. They are really great and are sensitive to our needs and work really fast. Thanks Roto Rooter!
