Good experience. I went to buy a network item which could be had for 2.00 on the Internet. They wanted 19.95 for this item. After I said some not so good things loud enough for everybody in the store to hear they sold it to me for 1.95. I did leave happy after that and has since then have gotten most all items at a deep discount.

Is definitely not nor has ever been the best buy. Excluding a few sale items. They are the convenience store of electronics. Amazon would win if you can wait a few days.

i think some workers try to ignore u most of the time lol but overall its good. its kinda small tho compare to other best buys in the area

Went to buy a computer and the bearded salesman was less than accommodating. He tried to tell us we didn't want what we DID want and tried to sell us the most expensive computer and every program cost more and more and was told that there were hidden fees. It seemed like he was trying to keep us from buying a computer instead of selling us one. We went to Office Depot got the computer we wanted only better and no fees for loading programs. Paid $500 to $1,000 less and picked it up the next day.

Good place to get electronics but it's like walking in a car lot. You can't just look around without a salesmen pushing something at you
