Made a purchase yesterday and was helped by Gabriel in the cell phone department. Everything went smoothly and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The next day the product went on sale on the manufacturers website. I called to ask to see if they would price match the current pricing. I spoke with Carlos over the phone. He was incredibly helpful and after a couple of questions and minutes on the phone he was able to price adjust the product for me right over the phone so I did not need to return to the store in order to resolve the issue. Fantastic customer service from both gentlemen. This is why I always shop at BestBuy for my electronic needs and wants.

Friendly helpful employees. They helped me pick the right item for me. I was unfamiliar with the technology for the product that I was buying and they help me sort through the terminology. I'm handicapped and they were very helpful and loaded my truck for me. Overall very nice experience. Plenty of handicap parking and easy handicap access.

Don't purchase anything from them. They were trying to say I had to sign up for "my Best Buy" to buy a simple PlayStation network card. I hadn't been in a Best Buy in years and I will definitely never go back.

So. I had to walk from a distance to get to this store. The guy at the kiosk asked me if I was okay. I told him my situation. They supprised me at the door with a Gatorade and a water and thanked me for my service. I loved this store and staff before now I'll be a customer for life. Thanks Best buy!

As almost every savvy consumer knows, unless you need an electronic product in your hand right now, Amazon is always a better bet. I recently went to Best Buy to upgrade some filming and audio equipment for one of my YouTube channels, and they only had one of the pieces I was interested in. They told me that they could finance it for me, and have it shipped to my place, which still didn't seem much different than shopping on Amazon. But I was excited to upgrade, so I started the process of getting their in-house financing. When the process was complete, the guy told me that the "instant credit" was approved, but that there would be a $60 copay attached to my first bill. I've dealt with multiple credit systems in the past, and that was absolutely outrageous to me. So I said "No thanks", and walked out. After getring back home, I looked into Amazon's 12 month no interest plan, and was approved with caveats in just a few minutes. Best Buy, if you're listening, get more competitive with Amazon, or kiss your company goodbye.
