Apple Air Pods in the middle of December and was given a guaranteed date of arrival. After they were already late, I got an email with no apology stating that I will just have to wait until an unknown date to pick them up. Mind, every other retailer in town has them in stock to walk in and buy. Best Buy is holding my money in lieu of new buyers and will not return my money because they are “in transit”. The store clerks are no help. When you ask them for details they simply say “My computer just tells me that they aren’t here so I can’t help you”. It’s my belief that they have gotten them in stock and because I used a gift card to buy them, they are taking in the new money rather than missing the new sale and making good on my order. I’d love to walk right next door to Verizon and buy the ones they have in stock but alas, my money is hostage once again to Worst Buy.

They're GM, Rodney, is a snake. He told me he couldn't accept my Apple watch back because I didn't have the box. I already owned one and got one for my wife. She didn't feel it was really suited to her so I tried to return it. I was told there was no way to verify the serial without the box. After multiple lies about no other way to verify the serial number, I see it has it listed on the back.... after it's too late to return it. I was tricked and with Geek Squad and so many others involved; I know someone had to have known yet he outright lied for a sale. This place should be avoided.

The staff, which I think goes for majority of Best Buy locations seem to be over the top when it comes to asking if you need help.  Feel like I walked into a car dealership.

Aside from that, sometimes can find a deal or two and sometimes it can be more convenient to go to a retail store, but majority of the time it seems I can do just as good or better online and not waste the gas / time.  They do price match and for some the retail experience may be preferred.

The store is well staffed, stocked, and certainly has an eager employee that will try to help you.

We were tired from looking at all the different phone plans this past week from the different carriers.  Best Buy has the plans posted on 3 big screens when you walk in the store.  The staff at Tulsa Hills (Shayne especially) were awesome.  They sat down and explained all our options for each carrier.  They did not try to pressure us into any particular plan.  After buying the 3 iphonesx Shayne did a great job in up selling us on what we would need for the phones moving forward.  Thanks BB for having knowledgeable sales people. Please give Shayne a raise... or the week off.  He did a great job putting up with us.

I went in today to buy my husband a new tv. I had already looked up what I wanted to buy before I went in. I appreciate that they didn’t try to get me to buy an even more expensive television. All of the staff were very friendly. I was in the store, bought the television and even had it loaded in my vehicle in 15 minutes. And they were very helpful in loading the tv for me since I was by myself. I wish every shopping shopping experience was this spectacular.
