We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

First time buying from this place and it was horrible. I just bought a great deal of LG Washer and Dryer on Monday 1/15/2018. They shipped quickly, I got to admit, but when they got to my house today, it wasn't the Washer and Dryer set that I bought. It was a Whirlpool and I am getting out of Whirlpool. So very bad experience. I don't know how quickly they can turn around. But overall, bad experience. Will be going in today to complain.

Paid about $4,000 for couch and love seat from them. Within a year one of my cushions started to separate from the cushion making it like loose skin. I called them and they sent a guy to look at it and told me that it will be taken care of. I call a few days later to check on it and they said that they were not going to cover it and hung up on me. I then call the mgr at the store and asked why would you tell me you are going to take care of it then back up from what I was told? I was always told in business your words are supposed to mean something. She told me not going to help. I then walk in there to speak in person and asked why couldn't you at least order me a cushion and I pay for it so I can fix love seat, and told me that they do not do that and call the manufacturer of the couch. I did and they told me they do this every week and they have to order it. I call back and told them that and they told me no again. At this point i am getting pissed and said do you not understand I want to pay for this out of my pocket and all I need is for you to order it for me. Looked me right in the face and sorry I cant help you. I call Bob mills down the street from me who sells this brand also and they were the nicest people and right away helped me get what I needed. Conn's is exactly what its name is, a Con! Horrible!

Never Finance Anything from this company with zero % interest for 6months. I bought a piece of furniture with 50% off price and 0% interest. In there fine print it said if you did not pay it off within 90days or miss a payment, Your furniture price will he charge at full price. Thats what happened to me. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I just get used to it , I been customer for a while , aproximally 2 years with a few loans , around 20K and paid on time and guest what , they don’t care ,my last experience was terrible, trying to buy and coffee and end table which they don’t have in stock and priced a little higher around 1k in total and they want me come to the store 5 days after to pickup , I ask why you don’t ship to me since you don’t have in stock and guest ,, they want charge me for shipping additional 150 ? Really are you selling something which you don’t have in stock and you ask the customer to pick-up later in a week and if the customer wants be shipped to they home you will charge for ? That is why I said before they don’t care and more the manager said oh that is corporate policy they are the only one can waiver, I said ok , i call to the customer service and don’t get suprirse the agent said NO NO NO the store are the one can offer you a free shipping? So who said the truth? Anyway I cancel the order and I got online for less same item with free shipping Do you want read more ?????? Also you will obligated to pay a insurance even if the contract said you don’t have to , is a hassle anyway price is not too bad , I found better price here vs Home Depot , Lowe’s and Sears Bottom line you will have different experience in every visit

The ONLY reason I am giving one star, is because it wouldn't let me add a comment without one. If I could give negative 5 stars I would! Sunday night I turned on my dishwasher, i got up Monday morning and it was still running with a leak code. My husband called Conns Monday morning but he didn't have an extended warranty. Monday evening I asked him to call back and they told him he did in fact have a 2 year extended warranty. They said they would text when on their way. I thought ok, Wednesday probably at the latest. We have turned off all of the water supply and turned off the breaker. Tuesday morning got up everything was fine. Got home from work Tuesday there was water all over my kitchen. So, he called again. At that point the water had soaked about 2 feet of carpet into my dining room. They told him they would expedite it and be out the next day (Wednesday). The girl even called back to say they would repair damage done to the floor. Wednesday comes and goes with no repair done. Husband called Wednesday evening about the same time he'd been calling every night but everybody was already gone. This morning he called and they told him it would be today. At this point the water is soaking into the wall about 6 to 8 in of the wall ruining the sheetrock I'm sure. It's halfway into my dining room and now two feet into my living room. No repair person by one p.m., so he calls back they have now informed us that we are scheduled for Thursday November 2nd! We paid for a warranty and apparently we're not going to be allowed to use it. When whoever started this company picked out the name they picked out the right name. They certainly will CONn you!!! I wouldn't waste my time or money buying anything else from this company ever again. Service SUCKS!
