I had a warranty on a speaker and apparently it was discontinued. I wanted to exchange for THE SAME SPEAKER but the manager TRAVIS refused to give a nearly identical one because it "wasn't the exact same". I PURCHASED the warranty yet couldn't even use to get what I purchased...WHEN IT WAS DEFECTIVE. 

I not only didn't get help but instead Travis yelled in my face; insulted me; and threatened my partner while attempting to play coy (in front of an assortment of people). I believe he is a bigoted bully who shouldn't be in any management position. 

Previously, TRAVIS ATTEMPTED to FORCE an EMPLOYEE to eat VOMIT FLAVORED CANDY against her will - THREATENING TO WRITE HER FOR NOT BENDING TO HIS SILLY POWER TRIP. 
When she kept refusing, he attempted pressure further with more punishment.
She didn't obey him. She quit instead but I was angered then and spoke out against him too thus possibly making his vendetta.

Now either out of vendetta for me speaking up against him for being a bully back then or possibly his bigoted feelings towards homosexuals, as could be conferred from his comments at my partner and I, he completely abused his position and insured I will never be back in that store again. 
No matter what the circumstance: insulting, threatening, and raising your voice to clients is unacceptable. TRAVIS IS A BULLY AND HE SHOULD HAVE LOST HIS JOB WHEN HE WAS ATTEMPTING FORCING AND THREATENING MY FRIEND/EMPLOYEE TO EAT VOMIT FLAVORED CANDY. 

I have been Elite Plus for over 8 years and wanted A SIMPLE EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME SPEAKER but instead I was insulted and threatened by a bull.  Avoid this awful place.

I watched an absolutely disgusting display as someone who was supposedly the manager,  insulted and even threatened two boys trying to make an exchange. When one of the boys called the manager out on his obviously threat, the manager actually made another threat then in the next breathe called them liars. 

The manager's shirt said Travis and if you truly are a manager than you should be ashamed of your disgusting and bigoted behavior. I was not the only one present for the apprehensive way you acted. Im surprised you even have a job. I will not be returning to a store where homophobia is okay. That boy acted immature at the end but I was privy to the entire rest of your belittling and disgusting rudeness and I would have exploded too. I hope your General Manager hears about your disgusting behavior.

Trying to get son's laptop fixed. I update my phone number while they are putting in all the info so they can ship it off to be repaired. We notice on the receipt that not only did they not change the phone number the new one that they added was incorrect. My wife calls them and tells them that both numbers need to be changed. What happens? The repair service tried to call and we don't know because when she calls best buy to check in they tell her they've been trying to call but our numbers disconnected...if they are so good with computers why can't they change a phone number.

The cashier was extremely helpful and energetic.  We were splitting check for gadget we were buying, using reward $$, and price matching.  She didn't flinch or make us feel like we were a bother.

Very helpful employees, almost to helpful. Stock level is pretty good and if they don't have your item they do a good job of finding the closest store or get it delivered to your house in a couple days.
