Pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service and lack of "pushiness" of the employees and reps, especially in the cellular service section. We went in to look at cell phones as my wife's phone had recently broke the screen, we were not hounded by sales reps, we were left alone to peruse the available devices. And when we had decided on a selection, we simply asked one of the reps to get us the phone we had decided to purchase, they got the device out of the case, and rang us up, not issues or hassling us to purchase a price plan or activate it in the store. I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised at how smoothly this went. I would highly recommend.

Came in knowing exactly what I wanted. A case and a shatter proof screen protector. They had inventory which is why this review gets two stars and not one. I get my items and I have to ask an associate (Chris) if I can check out. I am asked if I have been added to the “cue”. I say no. He wants to put my info into an iPad. I say I am ready to check out. He states that I cannot check out because I am at the back of the cue. No way to check out until all the new devices are sold and new accounts set up. Ridiculous policy IMO. When a company requires to to force them to take your money they probably don’t deserve it.

Bought a tv, set it up. It was broken. Every sales associate and phone representative was rude. I spent extra money on geek squad to be told they couldn’t help me. Even returning it today was the biggest hassle.  The last couple years I’ve stopped going to Best Buy and every time I give them a chance again, something goes wrong and they are completely unhelpful and unapologetic.

Store looks great but not enough help for customers. But when I did get help it was more than adequate and professional. If I had not waited for 15 minutes for some help and guidance in the car stereo Department would have given a five star rating.

Other than having to wait for help for 15 minutes. The place was great, the person who assisted me was friendly, i got what i needed and left.
