Went today to get a new computer for my girlfriend, the guys in the computer department are great and very professional. I also wanted to purchase a new sound bar. Unfortunately the guys in TV electronics are unprofessional. I waited almost 20 min to be told to wait another 10 min to be helped after spending almost $1200 on a brand new computer there. John in TVs thought his phone was more important then helping a customer answer one simple question. Also spoke to the department manager, he was no help.

Not my usual Best Buy, but stopped by to grab a couple of Christmas things, good selection and good employees as well. But major props to the cashier Renee who not only helped with a complicated order, and gave a basket for my stuff in line, but she also was very nice. I mentioned some items were for my mom in rehab/nursing home for cancer and she was very encouraging, sharing from her own experiences. She not only made me feel more upbeat tonight, but in general. Whomever hired her, hired a jewel. Thank you Renee.

I went to this Best Buy because their website said they had in stock a PC bundle. However, the website was wrong. Nonetheless the staff at this Best buy bent over backwards accommodating me. They offered me multiple ideas on how to get my items as soon as possible and I was able to walk out with the PC I wanted, and the bundled items shipped to my home. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience here and it goes to show if you're kind and patient with retail workers they will do whatever they can to help you.

Bought something from them online with ship to home option. Ordered it plenty of time ahead of what I needed but after I placed my order and five days later it said the product was now in back order and I couldn't be given an exact delivery date just that I should have it sometime with in a month. Turned out even though I ordered it two and a half weeks earlier than I needed it still came after that date so I ended up taking it in the store for a refund when it finally came in. Also to those of you who do purchase things as a gift. Please be aware that they get delivered in their regular packaging with pictures or item names on the box, no brown box around it. So your kids and family can see what it is. Just make sure you are home and able to sneak it in without the kiddos seeing it.

Was told they (the store personnel) could care less if I remained a customer or not.  Manager echoed the same sentiments. Nice!!!!  Last time I go there.  I’ll take more of my local business on line moving forward.
