This is absolutely the worst store we have purchased from. Unless you are buying something that is available in store, do not buy anything from them. They have NO clear communication with their warehouse. Their delivery date changes often and comes piece by piece instead of all at once. And it takes months for you to actually receive the products. Their manager Ken is useless and lacks any management skills. We had such a big problem with our appliance order. You would think that they would try to work with you but instead it's more like an "oh well" kind of attitude. ...and the salesperson we dealt with, Victor, was hard to contact. He was never there when we called but conveniently he was there when we went in person to "flip out". He was apologetic but tried to make us feel bad for changing our mind about the purchase since it was taking over 2 months for us to get all of the appliances we wanted. They are just horrible to deal with. They will treat you wonderful to get you to purchase but once that card is swiped, they could care less about you. Ken is by far the worst manager we have ever dealt with. Useless...and is putting that franchise to shame. You are better off going to Sears or Best Buy for a gratifying purchase.

I walked in here after checking out other competing stores. I was interested in a new washer/ dryer. I found them to be knowledgeable and very helpful. I ordered on friday evening and had it delivered on Saturday afternoon. The delivery drivers mentioned below were friendly and explained some of the features. I would recommend this store.

So Friday, I go in to this Hhgregg looking for a freezer. I'm the one who just looks and buys. I see a freezer that seems to be the perfect freezer for me. I go to the guys standing in the middle of the store, they then direct me to the lady sitting. I tell her the freezer I want she removes the price and takes it to her desk. Of course I happen to see a sign about price matching, so I ask. She assures me she will take care of all of that. Cool somehow it rings up $20.00 cheaper. I'm excited. Get ringed out and everything and decided to join my mother and daughter in the same section. I walk back over to admire my freezer that I had just purchased when I see the exact same price on a much smaller freezer. I look closely at everything and noticed that the sales lady, actually rung me up for the smallest freezer. I go to the manager, Kenny and he tells me oh well, take the small one or get your money back. I go and speak to the sales lady who tells me she's got me and would fix it. They did. For now I am a happy camper. The next day, I have a friend to go and pick my freezer up. He was not able to because I wasn't there and he didn't have the receipt even. A little disappointed, but I get it. Today which is now Sunday, May 22,2016 I finally have someone with a truck, (I hired) to take me at my freezer. After waiting about 25 minutes to sign my freezer out, I now find myself waiting over 10 minutes for my freezer to come out. Now a very nice sales associate comes to me and informs me that my freezer had just been sold right before I got there😨 Inside I am cracking up. I explain how ridiculous this is, how far I've traveled and all. He leaves and goes and speak with Kenny, the worst customer service manager I have encountered in my life. He comes back with three options. I didn't like either so I request to speak to the manager. Out comes Mr. Kenny, who does NOT greet me with a smile, who does NOT apologize for what has happened, who does NOT offer a seat or handshake or anything, to at the moment a very quiet but upset customer. Instead he comes out the door swinging as if I was to blame. "I gave you 3 options (1)Get a full refund(2) Pay $26.and change to get the next size up or (3) Come back, Tuesday and I will have the freezer here then. I'm like what? Instantly I felt like I was in an episode of cops. We both exchanged words until I demanded his corporate office number along with his name, which he wrote on the back of my receipt. I called walking out the door. It was the warranty office. I called back and got the right number which I could have gotten on my own, but they were closed. *Always pay attention to your order when you are being rung out. Make It your job to match all the numbers on your item to the price tag and make sure those same numbers are on your receipt. Make sure you take your time and look over the floor models. Look for any kind of small markings labeling that is at a slant or anything that will help you identify that particular item again if you had to. Take pictures and email them to yourself or a friend so you will have a record prior to you receiving your item. Lastly if you can go to any other store except this one... Stop turn and run to the nearest exit as long as this shady manager, Kenny is there. RUN RUN RUN!!!!!

Haven't been there but, after reading the reviews and what I've heard from my neighbors, we will not be going there today as planned. Even the reviews that had 3 or 4 stars didn't seem pleased enough to elaborate. No h h Gregg for this family.

The service from this store is appaling and the delivery is worse. We bought a fridge from them, waited 4 days to have it delivered, then the delivery team gets here and the fridge is scratched up worse. They decide it won't fit through the door, so we offer to remove the door. They then tried to force us to order a smaller fridge!!!! They were rude and you could barley under stand them. They were sloppy and unprofessional. I'd give a 0 star if I could.
