I went to Best Buy to purchase a particular television. They were sold out and I was very disappointed however they searched and searched in the back of the store and found one for me. They also are the most knowledgeable employees in any store you never go to. The people in each department really know their stuff and there's always people around in each department to help you you don't have to hunt & hunt for a person. Great experience I love Best Buy.

Solved the great refrigerator drama of 2017. They priced matched a competitor with a veteran's discount. Then delivered when they said they would, and unlike Lowes, Home Depot, Sears Outlet, and Sears did the "impossible" by lifting out my old fridge over a 3 ft. island and lifted the new one into place. Great customer service, and overall experience.

Customer Service SUCKS! You wait mostly around a half and hour for someone to pick up the phone. I was able to drive down to Best Buy and I stood in the customer service line (there were 3 people in line but they had returns) I can hear my call ringing at the desk, Nobody would pick up. (Note I was still on the phone after I was "helped" to see how long it will take) Finally after an hour passed, It disconnected me. Way to go Best Buy. Wasting my time.

Been coming here for over a year. Every employee I have met has been super helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.

My wife and I stood in the printer isle for more than an hour trying to decide. Not once did we receive customer service. It would have been great to have someone knowledgeable to help make our choice. The lady who rang our purchase simply sucked. You couldn't understand her, no warranty was offered, and she acted like we were an inconvenience.
