My hard drive absolutely died and I brought it to the geek squad to see what could be done. I was on a really tight timeline and they were exceptional in helping me, especially Keith (I think was his name sorry, could be wrong). He was so patient and did everyth No he could to help me. Fantastic guy, highly recommend him for any issues you might have. In the end, there was nothing they could do but regardless, they were amazing to work with.

I am beyond disgusted with Best Buy, Inside store and Online. They have shown how unprofessional and unfriendly they truly are. They don’t even price match with their on website information. I went in to Buy a 6 mos X box live game card, and it was $24 online, $39.00 price in the store but they would not honor it ( it wasn’t an online only special either).The online website keeps canceling my orders without giving me any information on why. They emailed and told me that everything was resolved but it was a lie. I am beyond unhappy. I am a elite member, but that doesn’t even matter I guess. I don’t recommend their stores or online anymore to anyone. My family and friends Do NOT SHOP Here!

Staff is okay, always want to know if you want geek squad and yet there geek squad always need a third party to come in and do stuff for them such as hiring contractors for more difficult task as if we're not going to notice. The yellow shirts also feel so high and mighty and turn to there blue shirts to help you instead. Still the only place besides Amazon to get decent electronics in Gainesville

Firstly, Best Buy itself is a great enterprise in itself. Very good offers and great student oriented strategies. I love to shop at particularly this Best Buy because of very friendly representatives that explain you each and everything, and let you know the best available deals. Very satisfying experience. Morgan, is one of the very polite and helpful sales rep there. If you ever have any specific questions about deals, she is the one youngster wanna ask. Have had a couple of times when I wasn't able to apply deals and she was able to resolve those problems and suggest best options. Great help! Thanks Morgan. Go Gators! Go Best Buy!

Wanted to recycle 32" flat screen TV that didn't work. which I thought was one of Best Buy's really awesome new services they are offering. Some items can get you a gift card you can use in the store or online... advertised as working or not we take it all. So, I Took it and was told it was to big to recycle so they only recycle TV's that are smaller then 32"... Wow,  how much smaller can you get? Another issue, they charge $25 minimum for the recycling service. So, now another item goes to the landfill. Why don't they offer this service for free or for bigger TV's? Don't they receive money to recycle it?  I believe it is quite a but of money too. So not only do they not want to take item that are within normal range of sizes that they sell everyday. But, they want to make a minimum of $50 to do it for you... Because they care so much for the environment and you. It seems like most big corporations don't care about what they are doing to hurt/ help the environment or customers. They only care about the almighty DOLLAR! In this case they also wasted my time/ gas, since I had also spoke to an employee over the phone prior; and was told to go ahead and bring it in. Very dissatisfied!
