Customer service was mediocre at best. Went to buy an open TV and was told that it was in great condition and that it had everything I needed. I live 45 minutes away from the store. Come home to find out that there's no bloody power cord with my TV. Get your s*** together Best Buy.

The employee seemed very knowlodgeable however very long winded as the customers started to collect with out help. I waited for 20 minutes for help and longer after ask help, for an item not on the shelve. But online it was in stock. Possible more employee would be good.

There's a lot of merchandise and interesting things  to see just don't expect much help from the staff. Even when you check out out the employees aren't overly interested in helping. Good thing the prices are better than the Sprint store. Lots of parking.

I was about to write-off Best Buy forever recently. I had nothing but bad experiences everytime I shopped there.  I usually left and ordered what I wanted online.   I went on a weekday to buy a 4k TV.  A BestBuy person in the TV department was helping a couple with an indoor antenna.  I asked where a particular TV was and he motioned in the general direction of the set.  I couldn't find it.  I again approached him and he walked over, looked for it, and finally found it, away from the logical spot.  He said he would be back to help me.  I stood around for another 30 minutes and noticed he had started helping other customers.  I left and returned 2 days later and was helped by Josh.  He was cordial, friendly, and fully conscious. He had a TV and 4k Bluray player in minutes.  Josh made me forget the bad experience I had days before.  He also checked and price matched the price of the Bluray player.  Thanks Josh!

My mom ordered at tv online Dec 4th 2017 after a month and numerous phone calls nobody knew where the tv was. They said we could pick it up at a local. When we arrived at the store to find out the order had been cancelled. The staff at the store did some investigating and an said the problem is that online they sell a open box for a discount price the warehouse cant produce for whatever reason. But they went out of there way to promptly get her a new tv and honor the online price. They were very polite and apologetic for the mix up. Great job for the store but bad job for the online department.
