The staff is always eager to assist. The items are usually easy to find. The hours are great for ordering ahead and picking up the items later, this is a huge plus for me and my schedule. I prefer to shop for my electronics here. There has been a mistake or two but its human to have an error, none the less, my experience with them has been positive.

Great customer service. I ordered an item at one store and picked up at another. The sales rep was very helpful. I also loved that there were tons of product selections.

I’ve been going here (the one on Atlantic) for years, but lately their customers service is horrible. When trying to buy my camera and equipment, no one tried to help me and no one was insight. When someone finally came up after 30mins, I told them the item(s) I was looking for and they just looked at me crazy, like they never heard of it before and just walked away. So I decided to go to the one at the St. John’s town center and they were amazing. Immediately helping me find what I need, making me laugh and telling me stories, basically making me feel welcome. For now on, I will be shopping at the one at the town center.

Staff helped us. But didn't seem to want to. Keep playing with his phone. Didn't have want I need had to order online. But price was good.

You can't go wrong with Best Buy, but I particularly enjoy this location. They have a friendly and helpful staff, and are always well-stocked.
