Bought a Sony TV and the sales person, Keith, was great! Very knowledgeable and once I let him know my price point, he guided me to the best TV for the money I wanted to spend. Delivery was very quick and the guys that delivered the TV were very professional but most of all, they were very polite and nice. I am not the easiest to rate someone very high but I will recognize when good service is given. I will definitely shop HH Gregg again for any appliance and electronic needs.

We bought a dryer two weeks ago and it stopped working. I dreaded calling HH Gregg and deal with the hassle of trying to get a replacement. I spoke with Cory Johnson and what a great experience! No hassle!! Having my replacement dryer delivered in a couple days, emailed me a receipt, and even told me to have a great day! Other companies need to take a lesson from this guy on customer service!!

The team at hhgregg Coolsprings was very helpful and they made sure that my wife and I were satisfied with our purchase of a new Clothes Washer. We had trouble with the first washer delivered, they quickly swapped it for another washer of the same type. The second had similar problems and they allowed us to swap the second for a different manufacturer. Thanks to Phil, Cory, Crystal and their Manager Joshua for being so Customer focused.

We had a terrible experience with this company. Dennis the rep that we worked with to buy the appliances told us that they were running a special with mail in rebates. We were to receive almost 400.00 in rebates and would be able to apply it to the card we took out to take advantage of the 36 months same as cash. We were pleased with this until we find out there is no way to use your rebate to pay on your account. Not in the store, not through the mail, not online, not over the phone. This company will only take check payments and will not allow to use Visa debit reward cards that the company provides as their rebate. This is terrible customer service and false advertisement. Oh and to top it off when you use your "debit" card you are charged a fee since again it is a reward card so you still do not even get to use the full amount you received. I will not use shop with this company ever again and am very displeased with their lack of empathy for this matter or care for their customer. This was not the only time during our shopping experience we were lied to and the only part of the experience that was pleasant was the delivery. The gentlemen that dropped our appliances were very nice. But our refrigerator was missing drawers when we got it and we had to wait another several weeks to get them back. Overall this was a terrible experience.

I almost never write a review, but we had an incredibly awesome experience with HH Gregg. We shopped several stores, but purchased from HH Gregg based mainly on price. We had no problem with set up or delivery. We were then victims of a freak electrical accident (nothing to do with the installation) and lost most of the appliances in our home. When we re-ordered, there was a miscommunication (unsure who to blame) and the wrong dishwasher was delivered and installed. We realized this while the installation crew was still present and the installer, Zach Anderson, personally called the manager (Crystal) who not only agreed to have the proper dishwasher re-installed, but allowed us to use the incorrect one while we await the delivery. She also did not charge the restocking fee. This is over-the-top service! Either waiving the restocking fee or letting us the the dishwasher we had as a "loaner" would have made us happy. It is not often that what you get exceeds what you would request. They have certainly earned my loyalty and respect.
