I have always purchased most of my high end electronics from Best Buy. They really have no competitors when it comes to highly trained, courteous, and accommodating staff; coupled with super competitive prices!  They have a great assortment of products and I can usually find any high quality electronic I need there.  They are very supportive if a product fails or does not meet advertised expectations.  Short story...Best Buy treats their customers well and makes shopping there a truly pleasant experience from shopping, to purchase, to product support...rare in today's business environment!

This BestBuy is top notch.  Way better than Turkey Creek.  The whole vibe is different.  Everyone is positive and upbeat.  Mobile crew is seriously smarter than the actual Verizon people.  I mean, by a lot.  Deals are better than at Verizon and they really do work harder to help you.  They difference in from other shops is they actually also know what they are talking about.

Like others have posted. Phone system horrible.  Called 2x. Got to a person. Put on hold. 3-5min later the call just cuts off. Not calling back. Will check elsewhere.

Went to Best Buy today to pick up a last minute gift. They staff was so friendly and helpful they didn't have what I was looking for but they found the more expensive one and price matched since they were out of the one I wanted. I know they are tired from the holiday season but they were still smiling, friendly and, helpful. I appreciate the staff. Merry Christmas!

I walked into the appliance section looking to spend about $2500-$3000 on a new fridge.  There were 4 employees in the area. 1 was helping a customer 1 was looking like she was repairing a coffee pot and 2 others had looked at me then proceeded to do nothing but chat with eachother and talk on a cellphone.  I decided the store didn't need my business and I went across the street to Conn's where I was greeted at the door and helped with all my needs before I chose to purchase. Sad thing is I have spent thousands of dollars at Best buy last year and I may never again step foot in one.
