I have shopped at this location a few times. They are getting ready to close (nationwide) so this is kind of a moot review but still wanted to give my opinion.

The salespeople have been rude every single time I've gone in there to shop. Quite the opposite of other reviews, the salespeople would avoid me. I bought a t.v. there a couple of years ago b/c the price was incredible but it took 10 minutes to get someone to help us.

We thought they would have some excellent clearance/closing deals but they don't. Their prices that are "supposedly" marked down are still higher than Lowe's & Home Depot's every day prices. Don't waste your time!

I'm honestly not surprised that this company is going under with the terrible customer service.

RUN DON'T WALK away from this store as fast as you can!  Worst experience ever!!!!!  
My parents (ages 80 and 76) bought 3 appliances and the sales staff tried to cheat them out of every penny by adding things that we're specifically not requested  (service contracts, installation, haul away).  In addition, the deliver was screwed up as well!
It is no surprise that this franchise is closing if the staff is routinely trying to take advantage of and cheat elderly people!

I purchased almost $10,000 worth of appliances for my remodeling project.  Delivery was a big problem.  We set up the time for delivery, the called the night before and I verified, however on the day of delivery we I took off from work....no delivery!  I contacted the store delivery area and the manager was adamant the
At they had called and also waited in my driveway for 20 minutes. Mi was home the entire time waiting, no delivery! The following Friday was set up AGAIN for a delivery....took off from work....no previous call to confirm, UNTIL they were ready to deliver!  I think for customers who frequent this store, you need to take a truck to deliver you own purchase.  If I were to calculate the hours I waited and add that to the purchase price, I really paid a lot more for my items!
