I love this store! We have bought several items from here and we are always treated with respect and kindness. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else. The salesmen are always kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend shopping at Electronics Express. I’m telling everyone I know. Thanks guys.

First time at the store.   Josh came over and asked if he could help us.    He answered all of our questions and helped us decide which TV was the best for what we needed.   So we walked out the store with our TV and a happy customer.   I recommend this location for all your electronic, appliance, and computer needs.     Thank you very much Josh.

Went to Electronic Express looking for a new stove. We met a very nice salesman Josh Miller who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the appliances.  I didn’t feel like we were being pushed or over sold but he was very honest about what he thought we would need and explaining the difference in each appliance I looked at.  The prices were competitive and they did have a decent selection. Overall I felt the service and the appliance was well worth the drive from Sevierville.  I can say this was a first time experience for me in ever walking away feeling good about how we were treated and happy with our major purchase.

Awesome store. They have a wide variety of electronics to choose from! As soon as I walked through the door I had two people come up to me asking if I needed help. I told them I was looking for headphones, DJ took me right over to where the headphones were and suggested a couple of different brands. He was helpful and not at all pushy! I will definitely be back here when I need any kind of electronics.

This was our first time at Electonic Express and when we walked in to our delight we saw a familiar face. Tim we have dealt with at another store several times and we were so happy to see him. He also remembered is! He is very knowledgeable, kind, and sweet and he even helped us carry out our purchase. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone but not only for Tim but the whole experience. The prices were amazing and the staff were phenomenal
