I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased anything. I am getting the same lies that everyone else have been getting. I was supposed to get all of my furniture within a week. they only sent a few pieces. Now they are saying it will be the 1st of the month. The pieces that I got were just thrown in my floor. I am furious. I was going to purchase some kitchen appliances once I got my furniture. I will not do so now. I do not like being lied to. I work with the public and have found that my customers appreciate my honesty. I have already gotten rid of my old furniture. now what am i supposed to sit on? I will never purchase from this company again. I only gave 1 star because I had to give something in order to post. It would be 0 stars if I could

Tactless old school salesmanship insulting the brands wanted trying to push for the up-sell calling my choice of product: "What you would typically find in your single wide trailers."  Disgusting behavior for major retailer.  
On January 14 about noon, I was approached by an associate 25 - 35 years old as I checked out refrigerators.  I said I was curious how long it typically took to get an item delivered to my home.  Answer was beat around the bush playing it safe, which is fine.  What wasn't fine was when i was told the Frigidaire's I was interested it were "what you'll typically find in your single wide trailers".  YES, you read that correctly.  
Shame on you!  What if I do live in a single wide trailer? What business is it of yours anyways? Oh, because it won't be, I'll take my money somewhere else.  
If someone from HH Gregg wants to talk about this with me, I'll be happy to break it down for you.

*Last update*  I had rated this 3 star. I am now editing this for a 1 star. Still haven't gotten my product. They say they will call you and never do and they keep saying Monday or Saturday it will be here. That was 3 Monday or Saturday ago. I'm done with this place. Going back to get my product or a refund then never going back again. I don't recommend anyone go either.

Next time I think I'll drive by as I usually do.

I ordered an appliance at the store where I was told they had 1 in stock in Atlanta and they would put it on hold for me... 
1-There was some human error while I was at the store but that's just life, no biggie. (Such as the paperwork I filled out another rep took and ran off with the wrong customer.. I wasn't rang up correctly which they had to redo to get the appliance I ordered actually on order-Like I said, human error no biggie) 
2-The customer service was polite and helpful but one of the reps came up whispering to the rep I was talking to which is very awkward and rude. For what they were whispering was the coupon I had wasn't valid.. Oops my bad why are you whispering about it??? (o.0) 
3-The appliance I ordered which I was told WAS in stock. I call to check on my delivery day and find out it WAS NEVER in stock. They've placed it on backorder and it should be 2 weeks.
4-The biggie... Someone needs to be checking people out of the store. People standing at the register is a good sign they want to leave and when no one is at that register. That's a good sign the people want to leave with money in hand and product left on the counter. Lastly, for the love of God and all that is good answer the phone AND if you're gonna use an automated directory system. Get one that directs you to who you wanna talk to. "Check your in-store delivery? " is not an option

Like the 3 star references "it's okay"... 
Did I mention Best Buy has free delivery on my appliance $399 and up, a cheaper warranty, an actual delivery date, and that's better than HH Greg *cough*.. I'd step up my game.

I love going to shop for my consumer electronics in this store. They have often decent deals, and if you are good at driving a bargain, you can get great deals on top of the sales as well.
