Had a very good experience at Sam's Club today: the lines were incredibly short - quick to get through and checked out. And the Personnel were very polite and receptive. I managed to renew my membership subscription without difficulty... no lines there also. And I enjoyed the many food courts that were distributed around the grocery areas allowing us to try out free food samples. I had an excellent time today, couldn't ask for a better experience.

They have a new system where you can email an order the previous day and they will have it picked by when you arrive. It seems like a new system but it worked fairly well for me. I was in and out in 10 minutes or less.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rebecca the manager helped us find what we were looking. Great customer service. Very professional.

Sam's Club is the ABSOLUTE WORST place to buy tires. I have been here for 3 hours for the following things: 4:30pm-7:28pm 2008 DODGE * Rotation * Flat repair (bad sensor)When it's all done the said they can't program the new sensor because their machine is broken so I'll "have to go to the dealer"... Do yourself a huge favor and buy somewhere where they actually care. 2006 PRIUS * Flat Repair (off car)

Generally, this location is really busy. Best time to go is first thing in the morning.
