So sad to hear they closed. They had the best customer service in town.

My PC went caput. 2 members of my family were in the middle of college finals and the school was closed. Went to several stores but found Staples to be the only one in town with a prepared, use out of box, affordable PC.

May 6, 2017: Staples in Santa Fe Closed PERMANENTLY without warning notice or anything.

I waited for 30 minutes looking for one sales associate, when I finally found one he totally blew me off, he is the bald sales associate. I apologize for not knowing his name, but he was rude and uncourteous. Finally a very nice sales associate (I believe he was the manager) helped me right away with what I wanted. I was very pleased with his customer service. However, my initial experience with the first sales associate was mediocre. I do want to point out that they literally only have one sales associate, one cashier, one employee in copying department and whom I assume is the manager/supervisor. You're pretty much on your own in this location.
