Pretty cool staff but mostly busy minded. The other GameStop they seem to be more on ball with what going on and they aren't even the main store... this one is!

Good dude Melvin works there. Always friendly and nice to people. The DM was there too and he's a nice guy. Good

Terrible customer service. I wound up going to the College Plaza store to get what I needed. Staff were rude, unhelpful and standoffish. I travel frequently due to my job and this was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a GameStop. I will not be returning to this store.

Called to see off they had the mythical mew collection tcg bundle and the guy that answered said he bought the only one in stock good job putting customers first game stop just lousy a customer
