Bought a new phone from Best Buy only to have it go down in price $100 a week later. Most stores have a price match plan for when that happens (especially since it was such an incredibly short amount of time) but not Best Buy, they won't do anything. They also said the activation fee was more that what my carrier claims... I guess Best Buy just pockets that. Way to do business. I'll never buy anything from them again. Crooks!

Outstanding customer service!! I ordered my purchase from the wrong location and called to see if they can switch to the correct store. I had the pleasure of getting Destiny as my service rep and Wow! Destiny had a pleasant tone (unheard of in this day of age) and she completed the transfer in only a minute or two. Retail needs more people like Destiny and Big Kudos to Best Buy for having the tools for your employees to properly service your customers! I will look to Best Buy more!

I love working with Brandon from the geek squad in Scottsdale. Lastly, the team who setup our TV were awesome! I recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for out the box customer service

This time they were quite helpful not like last time I was just kind of blown off but this time there was a young man in the back of the store with information from Microsoft that was very helpful his name was rich wroth thanks Rich with your help I can make a good decision of which tablet to buy

Terrible service. I understand they’re busy. But when I did get the attention of someone in the gaming department his response to my question was they’re in the front of the store. Apparently if I’m asking about an Xbox that means I don’t know anything about them. I just left and went somewhere else.
