Shop elsewhere!  Best Buy does not stand by the products that they sell.  I bought a pair of headphones for Christmas.  When the box was opened and the headphones were going to be used, we noticed that a piece of the volume control was detached.  I went in to exchange them for a working pair and was directed to contact the manufacturer.  Go to Target, which is right across the street.  Don't spend good money on an item to have the retailer pass the buck before your item is ever used.

Decent service and i always leave happy with my purchase. They get busy so you will not always have someone to help you immediately so you have to wait. This is the only reason for not giving 5 stars

The staff was friendly and greeted me upon entrance. I was able to pick up my online order promptly. Great service all around!!!

11/29/2017 10:00 A.M. Geek squad gave horrible customer service. Stood there for almost 30 minutes while no one said a word. Finally got to me and they started rushing. I've spent too much money at this place. I didn't even have the energy to say anything about it. Couldn't even help with the problem. Ridiculous!
