A well stocked Best Buy with a Magnolia Showroom located in a well appointed shopping and dining district. The staff is consistently friendly and seem eager to assist customers. Based on a number of interactions over several years, I'd say the staff is better informed regarding the products they carry and know more about current technologies than the average big box employee. They have frequent sales and various, special daily/weekly deals that are occasionally quite good. I'm not sure of their current policy, but within the past year I've been able to get them to price match Amazon on 3 occasions.

Be careful with any phone preorders. Make sure you get copies of their print outs. They scammed me out of 480 dollars. I spend thousands in this store a year and they can't admit they screwed up the promo credit on my phone and deny it ever existed.  I found and provided photos and links stating it did. Now I'm stuck paying full price for a phone I should've gotten half off. Thanks for the awesome service.

Good place to shop when they have better prices. The Best Buy is a clean place but their isles needs more space for the shoppers to move around.  Once their prices are better and isles have more space I would be glad to give them 5 stars.

Best Buys in general have gone downhill over the past few years. It was the old saying that everyone goes to Best Buy to look at the electronics and then goes back home to order them on Amazon. I can definitely see why. The service here is not amazing and the products are placed in a way that doesn't make much sense.
