I am a customer not your employee I came to your store 12/15/2017 around 1.30 pm for buy new Huawei Mate 9 phone. I entered your store and walked to cell phone section.
I wait 5 minutes for somebody ask me help. I saw your 4 employees interesting only one customer.  Anyway, i said to Excuse me your cell phone supervisor he said me Hold on. after 2 minutes later your employee turn to me and say only " Yes ' I said How can you say only Yes. He said me okay what do you want to? I have been 10 years in the USA and I never see this rude customer greeting.I'm a customer and I'm not your employee.You can not say me when I say you Excuse me just Yes
Please train your staff about being polite... You should say Yes Sir or How can I help you? You can not say just Yes to the customer. There's an electronic store, not Army and I'm not your staff.I do not want to store credit or etc.  I never thought shopping for your company and I will write this horrible rude greeting to all review websites...

Best buy sucks. It only worth going to so you can physically see some stuff (laptops, fridge size, etc) but the price is always going to be better somewhere else.

Walked around the store looking for an employee to answers a few question.  I asked for assistance in car audio.  I was told someone would come assist me.   I waited, waited, waited.  After about 10 of waiting for assistance , I left.    I now remember why I rarely shop the Northlake location.

I went in looking for car audio products. No help. Finding an associate was the first challenge. After finally getting someone, they were absolutely useless. I understand car audio is not big business anymore but if you work in the dept, at least have a small amount of knowledge on the products you're supposed to be selling. Furthermore, the selection was horrible. Old products. Non functioning demo units. No information on the information cars. All around bad experience. What happened to the 1st class customer service best buy used to have. Just like all older business I guess. They're sending all the customers to online shopping. Certain things need to be seen and "played with" before purchasing.
