I went to Hhgregg on 1//28/17 to purchase a television.  I was with my 17 year old son and we walked in the door, there was 6 to 7 employees at the centralized desk and not one individual greeted us or welcomed us to the store. I purposely lingered around the front of the store to see if someone would offer us help but, we continued to be ignored. So we walked towards the back of the store and looked at practically every television there and still no one offered us any assistance. So I ask my son do you see how they are ignoring us, he replied yes that's ignorance Dad, I said exactly. I got outside and called the store and a Jeremy answered and I asked were they opened he said yes. So I explained to him how I just came in to make a purchase and was neither greeted or assisted as I walked around for 15 minutes as they stood there doing nothing.  He said that I could come back, I quickly declined and told him I would go spend my money elsewhere.  You would think that people working on commission would get off their rear ends and assist a customer no matter what they look like.  I will never purchase anything from this place again.

I only called this store to ask a simple question.... The girl whom I spoke with(which did not present her name), was very rude. Shortly after our conversation, she just hung up the telephone in my face without saying have a nice day or anything. I will not be making my purchase at this store!

I was there last Thursday to buy a washer and dryer and when I walked into the store and passed by the employees no one said anything not even hello.  Only when I said I need to purchase a washer and dryer then the (black) guy acknowledged me because he was hungry for that commission.  Gerald (white) the manager was very nice to me when I was looking at some chairs that I purchased too offered to help but not the black employee that sold me the washer and dryer only helped me when I had to walk all the way back to the counter to get help.

This young man named Brandon Allen met us at the door and was so attentive the whole time we were in there. I would recommend anyone go in there. He gave us a few good deals and went through all of the paperwork with us so we would understand it all

Purchased a dryer from them and it was delivered broke.  They came out to make sure it was hooked up right and it was. The Dryer was delivered unfunctional and is supposed to be brand new. We are still waiting on a new one to be delivered to replace it. They were supposed to call to get that set up on the same day as the service. NO CALL. Now we are waiting over a week and a half and still no dryer. They have no idea whats going and have terrible customer service unless its a big purchase that helps there paycheck.
