Be careful when you make the reservation, they won't let you cancel on the same day. I called at 8am on Saturday morning to cancel a Saturday night reservation, and they said that I would have to pay the full cost of the room (even though the hotel was sold out for the night). If the hotel is full, and they have over 12 hours to fill the vacancy that my cancellation would leave open, it is very likely that they would have been able to fill my vacant room. I don't think that is very good customer service for a loyal Best Western guest. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, we liked the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast was good.

The staff at the Best Western were great, each employee I came in contact with was very nice. I found the interior and exterior of this motel were very clean and nicely decorated. The only negative thing I can say is the breakfast was good with the exception of the sausage and eggs. Overall it was a great place to stay!

This place was really nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a clean facility, that always smells good and has beautiful decor. It is also pet friendly! Not to mention you get 20% off at the Ihop that is walking distance. I only gave four stars because the towels are uncomfortable and the indoor heated pool was misleading. The pool itself is not heated, but I went during the summer. It may be different for winter.

Lovely hotel and pleasant stay. Very clean and good décor. This is a no smoking hotel but the designated smoking area is on either side of the entrance.

If you're staying here, be prepared and bring a noise machine. Heard most of the conversations and a little of what was on tv in the next room. There was a door between the two rooms but still one of the loudest hotels I have stayed in. Otherwise it was pretty nice. Decent breakfast, small pool, good sized exercise room. Room was spacious and clean too. Checking in and out were relatively seamless.
