Really enjoyed Michael (?), the waiter. He was very helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. I have never liked the comforters on the beds because they don't "breathe." But it was okay after I turned off the heat and let the room cool down for a couple days. 

I was in the room immediately behind the elevator and found it to be very quiet, especially happy to have moved from the room on the back side of the hotel. Good stay! Nice people!

I stayed at this location numerous times. I've not had a problem until this visit. Everything was good as usual until the departure. That was the main aspect that basically tanked the overall score and turned me off from Hilton as a brand.

As from years of working in the hotel business, I always have a ritual of collecting all towels and trash before leaving my room. I also understand guests will most likely leave certain spots on the sheets and there is a protocol before charging anyone for damages.

A hour or so after departure, there was an extra charge on my card from this location. I called to see what was the problem. I talked to someone named Sedan. She said I was charged for damaging stains on the sheets (Not wine or any bodily fluids). I asked if she washed the sheets in which she replied, "No". So since there weren't any tears or rips in said sheets, why was I charged? I would understand if she attempted to wash said sheets and it was damaged, but she just saw stains and charged me $250 for them. I sent a complaint in and haven't heard anything from management. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm just done with Hilton. Breakfast was wonderful and so was front desk, but this whole post visit fiasco killed the entire experience.

Great location. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms. Excellent customer service at front desk. Staff was very responsive to questions. Highly recommended.

We stayed for just one night. Due to knee surgery i booked a handicap accessible room. I was given a regular room. Bathrooms were small and dirty. I couldn't manuever my walker in there. My son was looking through drawers and when he got to the fridge we found food from the previous guests.  Was told a manager would contact me and have heard nothing as of yet.  I will say the bed was comfy and the indoor pool was nice.

Relaxing atmosphere! Refreshing service! Remarkable experience! My husband and I were gifted a night out during the hectic holidays to enjoy some quiet time to celebrate our anniversary! We decided to a little overnight "staycation" in town. We love the quiet, tucked away, yet very convenient location of this particular Hilton Garden Inn. Our standard king room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a nice view of the restaurants and attractive surroundings. The fitness center, pool, and jacuzzi area is very clean. There were plenty of clean towels conveniently placed on chairs and the atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. The jacuzzi temperature was perfect and the pool was refreshing and not too cool. Also, the overall temperature within the pool facility was very comfortable and not drafty, like many hotel indoor pool facilities tend to be during the winter season. Special thanks to Stacy who was so attentive to my needs and made me feel so welcome..even at 5 am in the morning she greeted me with a beautiful smile and a warm and welcoming spirit! When she discovered that the stay was for my husband and I to enjoy some quiet alone time, she gifted us with a complimentary breakfast voucher! What a pleasant surprise! Special thanks to Vernon, Shannon, and Stephen for providing such a warm and friendly atmosphere and hospitable service during our delicious breakfast buffet experience!  Thank you too Frank for your warm hospitality and directing me to the complimentary fully stocked morning coffee/tea bar! This hotel will definitely be our "go-to" for in-town, overnight-get-aways!
