Nice internet TV, comfy bed, nice elegant bathroom. Service was excellent and friendly staff. It lacked amenities we would have appreciated, like the fridge was VERY TINY, and no microwave in the room, although we found one across from the elevators in the lobby. Our friend in another room said the cleaning job looked like a rush job. Our room looked nice.

The "Stay well" room is very comfortable and exceptionally clean. King bed, Smart TV, great shower, aroma therapy. There are even automatic lights under the bed so you dont stub your toes. Staff is prompt, helpful, and very friendly. Two thumbs up...if I had more hands, it'd get those thumbs up too. Definitely one of my top choices to stay in Richmond

I can't say enough about our experience, we arrived at this hotel early in the morning with three young ones in tote, not knowing the Marriott national booking center gave us the wrong location.  April who was working with another gentleman sought to help us get the situation resolved.  So instead of going across town at 2am with three young children to the other Marriott, April went above and beyond got us the queen room we needed (even though they were totally booked) and we got a must needed good night sleep.  Btw I loved the aromatherapy in the lobby area and the atmosphere was equally friendly in the morning when we checked out.   If your in Richmond a great stay and Whole foods is close by. Thank you for a great experience much appreciated.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay here last weekend. I've stayed at this particular Marriott property a number of times in the last two to three years. When I first stayed here nearly three years ago it was being remodeled. The remodeling has been finished for a year or two and it is a beautiful modern up-to-date Marriott property. Each room has a very comfortable bed, nice pillows and a beautiful bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful. I always stay here or at the Westin in Richmond depending on where I can get the best rate. I will continue to stay here as long as their standards continue to be high.

Newly designed lobby has interesting new features... The bourbon bar and restaurant are focal points. The club lounge is now on the first floor across from guest registration, instead on a dedicated club floor. Stopped in to book adjoining Stay Well rooms on the club floor for a future stay. Found it interesting that the front desk clerk was unable to book the Stay Well rooms for me. I had to book the rooms, and he was, then, able to ensure they adjoined.
