I've stayed in a number of hotels in the Richmond metro area and this place is my favorite by far. They have clean rooms in a nice area but the best part by far and I mean BY FAR is the staff. Being from Maryland I expect a nice touch of Southern charm when I come to Richmond but the staff here are the most friendly, helpful and kind people in the world. You're always greeted with a smile, they remember your name and they take care of whatever you need. I wouldn't ever stay anywhere else if I'm in Richmond.

My husband, old English Lab and I stayed here for 4 days while we were looking for homes in the area (moving from Tucson to the Richmond area). The room was very nice, clean and well-maintained, but what made our stay memorable were the staff. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always helpful and said "Hello" to us every time the saw us. Their friendly attitude helped keep our experience of moving across the country fun and exciting. Thank you!

Spent the weekend here for a convention. I loved it. It really did feel like home. I loved the little kitchen and the small breakfast in the morning. The staff was very polite and informative; I would definitely stay here again.

The customer service here is great! The staff spoke and smiled everytime they saw me. The room was very spacious and had everything in it that I needed. The linens were clean. I like that the hotel is set up like an apartment building. I requested extra towels and washcloths and they were already in my room when I arrived. The only issue I had was my room key didn't work a few times so I had to keep going back to the front desk, but they had a great attitude so I'll be back to this location if need be.
