One of most FAVORITE HOTELS to spend the night.  FREE GREAT HOT BREAKFAST waffles,  omelet station, breakfast potatoes,  bacon, sausage, breakfast pastries muffins. Fresh Fruit....coffee tea juice!! Well appointed rooms with 2 queen beds, animals allowed for a fee... Beds are very comfortable,  felt refreshed and energized after a 12 hour drive !!! Would Also say the STAFF were so WONDERFUL & COURTEOUS!! WAY TO GO Hilton Short pump 5+ Stars short 10-15 minute drive off I 95!!

We went here for a wedding and I was really impressed. The hotel is immaculate and we loved the ceremony and reception. each room had very high ceilings with detailed moulding and lighting that came from behind translucent panels that matched their colors. I had a filet and was not expecting much but it melted in my mouth it was so delicious. Any staff I came into contact with, server, bartender, etc were all pleasant and so accommodating. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in an excellent location. You have plenty places to shop and eat. The Hilton Benefits are great. They have a executive lounge with food and drinks. The server in the lounge, her name Jackie. Jackie is excellent at her job. She makes good drinks, like to have conversations and just make you feel welcome. The entire from the point of signing in until you leave the staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is one place you have stay if you are in Richmond, VA area.

This hotel is amazing! First hotel where I slept like a baby. We loved it!. The Aurora Spa is fabulous. You have to try it. No, YOU MUST TRY IT!! Robin and Symone are Awesome! We will be back.

Nice hotel in need of refreshing and maybe some staff changes. Carpets, walls, fixtures showing wear. Holes in the carpet. The hot tub apparently has been broken for months and it does not seem to concern management. Staff was friendly. If 3.5 stars were possible it would be more reflective.
