I booked this hotel from over 1100 miles away with nothing but reviews and site pictures. We had a wonderful stay and the room was clean and really big. We got the suite and the 5 of us could have easily stayed a week, there was plenty of room to spread out in it. Breakfast til 10am on weekends made it nice. Overall great stay.

No queen beds, just dbl and king. Pool not open when we arrived, open next day, but very cold. Breakfast was really good for a free hotel breakfast. Just about anything you would want for breakfast and actually good food! All in all, decent place!

Ms. Bridget at the front desk is always super friendly and helpful. She is an ACE. I have stayed here multiple times. Room, bed/bed sheet, bathroom were always clean. Bed was comfortable. NO bugs. NO odor. A/C, microwave & mini fridge, all worked well. Plenty of towels and pillows. Walls were quite soundproof. I will always stay here when I come to Richmond.

What was weird was that there was no soap in the bathroom, but there was shampoo, conditioner are lotion, so there's that. What made me write a review was when someone knocked on our door at 9:30am, to ask us "are you checking out yet". NO!! The damn do not disturb tag was in the door. I'm still in my room aren't I. I WAS SLEEPING. don't stay here if you plan on wanting to sleep in a little goddamn bit.

My family and I needed a place to rest when we evacuated our home during hurricane Irma. Due to traffic, we checked in pretty late. We were exhausted. As we got ready for bed my son noticed the sheets on the sofa bed had not been changed. It was very obvious. They were stained with, Lord knows what, and the mattress too. Under the sofa there were dirty plates, and garbage. The attendant working that evening tried to rectify the situation by giving us the only other room available but that room had a very strong smell of air freshener. I could tell they were unsuccessfully trying to cover up a vomit smell. I will never stay here again and do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
