One of their employees decided to park one of their trucks in a spot and almost ran us over. No “excuse me” or “pardon me” for us to move out of the way... just continued to drive closer to us as we were trying to quickly move out of his way. Oh, and we had a bike dropped on us and was told “watch out” rather than “I’m sorry” or “excuse me.” Rude.

Reservation and bike pick up were a breeze. The staff was friendly and bikes well maintained. The Mt. Vernon bike and boat tour was worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff they fitted us with the right bikes to ride to Mt. Vernon and back. We had a great time- the bikes worked flawlessly and we had a wonderful day. Thanks to the staff all went well!

This is by far the best place in Alexandria to rent bikes. The staff is incredibly helpful for people who are complete novices, as well as expert bikers. If you want a great place to get a bike in Alexandria, look no further.
