Consummate professionals and extremely helpful. The receptionist was very friendly and I was greeted by Tom shorty after arriving. The repairs they did to my car were fantastic and were completed in a timely fashion. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needed any kind of collision repair!

My experience here was all positive. The front desk people were polite and organized. My car was repaired on time, looked great, and they required minimal communication from me.

I've worked with Caliber on three different occasions an every time I'm beyond satisfied . They've met all my expectations an even above and beyond . The customer service level is MAGNIFICENTLY SUPIEROR!!!!!! Thanks to all the staff in the office for doing such a great job I would definitely without a doubt reccomend this place to anyone.

Taken my 2011 Subaru Outback to have a rear bumper cover replaced and painted also had some scratches on the right front bumper cover. This work had taken the shop 4 days to complete. When I inspected the vehicle at the shop the paint did not match and the rear bumper seam on each side has bumps in the paint. They agreed to repaint to match the color and fix marks on each side of bumper cover. I dropped the car off on Monday afternoon and on Friday at noon I called to see if they had it finished. I was told that the cover was still in the paint shop and would be ready that evening. ACT called my wife and told her it was ready and they were closing at 5pm. My wife told the service dept to leave the key under the seat and lock the vehicle beings we could not get there before they closed. When we arrived that evening to inspect and pick up the vehicle the paint did not match and marks on cover were not fixed. I looked to see if the 2 black marker dots were still where I marked them and they were still there. I don't even think they did anything to it.
