Scott was very helpful throughout the whole process.
Tires are an expensive item, and you get what you pay for.
But what you really want is to know that you're getting a fair deal on the install and the product.  This company has been in Baltimore for over 20 years and they stand behind their installers' workmanship.
An honest, service-oriented experience.

Took my car to Mr. Tire to have my break inspected. They told me there was nothing wrong with my breaks, but they suggested to have a break system flush done. I agree to have the service done. A month later, I hear a grinding sound on my car, took it to my local certified mechanic to inspect. It turns out I did need a break service after all, not only that but my mechanic guaranteed me that the brake system fluid flush on my break was NEVER done by Mr. Tire, he gave a sample of the flush fluid, and it certainly did not look like something changed in the past 30 days. In addition he told me that the master cylinder cap was stuck, he had a really difficult time opening the cap, which means, the Mr. Tire technician never even open the cap. 
Be extra careful if you are considering taking your car here, I would suggest you ask them for proof of service, or ask to look at the car being service on the spot, otherwise do not trust them at all.

The customer service at the Cockeysville location is impeccable! I was rushing as I was leaving on vacation when I hit something that sliced my tire. It was around 3:30 / 4:00 on a Thursday afternoon. I was driving my company car and had no fleet information in my possession. The staff reached out to Element Fleet and filed the claim for me (20 minutes worth of time).  Meanwhile, they went ahead and replaced the tire before even getting the approval. I was out of there in no time and stress free. I can not express enough how great the customer service is at this location.

Omg I will definitely be recommending, it was literally 6:50pm when I called them, I was right around the corner. Keep in mind they close at 7pm.  My back tire was at the verge of a blow out. When I called I was expecting to get turned away due to how close it was to closing time! But I WASN'T!!!!!!! I don't care how far I have to travel no matter where I am, they will have my business!! It's hard to find a company who actually cares along with their staff, great job Mr. Tire for hiring staff members who are empathetic, caring, and an individual who will do all that he can to make sure your drive is safe!!!!! I would like to personally thank " CHRIS ".  You could have turned me away and you didn't!!!!  I am truly truly grateful, thank you so so very much!!!!!
