Total joke for a plumber. Cut big hole in our pipe and still couldn't fix the problem didn't know which way to run the snake. Still cost me $145 he wanted his money and never heard back from him about coming out fixing his screw up. Would not call even if you had to sit in poo for days

Didn't show up or call, reached out and he didn't call back when he said he would, had to find someone else. Cost me a day of work.

Nice gentleman, awesome service, quality work, and reasonable labor fee. I will recommend Mr. Waddell to anyone.

We had a leak at the cities water main. We found out late in the afternoon so naturally we had to turn off water. Filled a few buckets of water to use for commodes, and filled a few big bowls for water use. I called Bill Waddell the next morning and he said he would come by that afternoon. He was on his way to another job, but pulled over to take my info. He arrived by 2:30pm. We were very pleased and would recommend him to get the job done. He said to let him know if we needed anything and if he couldn't do it he would let us know who could. To us, that is good customer service!
