Too busy for my job. Called twice and no one ever showed up. Did finally call a week later. I'll give them credit for calling back and apologizing ***** 5 stars for that. They have done great work for me in the past too.

I called Hutson Plumbing to help with a water issue during the coldsnap. The 3 gentlemen came to the property. They unthawed the waterline for about 2+ hours. 2 remained at the home while one went to get a pressure valve. The heater was plugged into my home and we provided the workers coffee while watching the heater. When I got the repair bill, labor costs were $985.00 for 3 1\2 hours. The work done was replace the valve and cover the pipe. The valve was placed under the trailer. No heavy equipment was used. Only a shovel. Now the company will not respond to my phone calls and do not return calls. I do not recommend this company. I am 61, a disabled veteran and I got ripped off. BEWARE!

Hot water heater sprung a leak on Tuesday night while my wife was home alone and I was in Louisville ky working. She was in a panic and I opened google and hutsons was the first number that popped up and I know why. Incredible guy he went by the house immediately to help her shut off the main water into the house figured out the problem and had a solution within minutes. Would highly recommend calling them for any work you may need. That you so much for your courtesy and professionalism in helping in my wife's semi emergency.

Would give them 6 stars if possible!  Called Rick on early Saturday morning when I discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. About an hour or so later, Dave came by and did a great job fixing the leak by replacing a cracked shut off valve.  Dave was great, very courteous and professional.  Rates are more than fair.  Appreciate the help especially with it being a Saturday morning emergency!

After a break in a wall pipe in the bathroom and subsequent flooding in the bathroom, living room and basement, we got the water cut off and tried several plumbers listed with Angie's list.  Many were not open after hours or weekends and another advised that he could come the next day.  I explained that my Mother was 89 years old, lived alone and that there had been a death in my family and that I needed to help get the problem fixed before heading out.  Rick was so sympathetic and caring.  He said he could take care of us and would have somebody there within two hours.  In reality, they were able to change their schedule and actually arrived within the hour.  Once there, the two representatives were professional and got right on the problem.  They had the situation remedied within the hour and the cost was very reasonable.  I would strongly recommend this company for any work.  They are a Christian -operated company and conduct themselves in that fashion.
