We live about an hour or so from the Columbia store so we called ahead to ask a few questions and were helped on the phone by Kennedy, who went above and beyond to assist us. We met Kennedy at the store later that day and she maintained her courteous, professional demeanor both in person as well as during email follow-ups to our rather large order. Can't say enough about her - it's so refreshing in these days where "customer service" far too often means "I'll begrudgingly cast my irritated glance from the screen of my cell phone/tablet/computer, where I am clearly not working, to huff and puff and sigh my way through helping a customer".

I picked up on of the sactionals about 9 months ago for a pretty penny. For the price of this furniture I really wanted to like it. Frankly, it's just uncomfortable. The weird thing is when I tried it in the store it seemed very comfortable. Perhaps I had some type of mental block that day. Trying to lay down and read or use my laptop is nearly unbearable. The seat cushions are not big enough (from the backrest to the front) for me to lay comfortably (195lb male). Also, the 90-degree angle of the arm rests don't make for a good head rest when laying down. Sitting in this thing is equally unbearable as you really can't get into it and get comfortable. The chaise section is just barely comfortable enough but is by no means somewhere I want to spend for a prolonged period of time. This couch is not going to last very long in my household and I look forward to getting a comfortable couch.

I loved the style, flexibility and comfort of the Lovesac line from the first time I saw it a couple of years ago at the Columbia Mall location. After searching website after website for furniture options, none met the appeal of the Lovesac modular furniture so I returned to the store and made my purchase a little over a week ago. The team led by Corrine was extremely helpful and answered all of my (and a friend's) questions (since she plans to purchase something as well). It was some of the best service I have ever received including from "upscale" places. The team explained how the pieces worked together and finance options ensuring I got the most bang for my buck. The furniture and covers arrived within the week. The delivery crew was efficient and as others stated delivered the product and removed all the packaging and took it with them. My greatest frustration was in getting the layout right and the clamps in place, but it was a labor of love. Once the task was complete, I sat back and marveled at how fantastic it looked considering I was able to assemble it and I am not very handy. The entire process was amazingly seamless thanks to the awesome team at the Columbia Mall location!! Kudos to Corrine, Allegra, et al...
