The sales associate, and designer were a pleasure to work with. However, after we ordered the furniture, the process was terrible. After waiting for the delivery to come the entire day, we received a call at 7 pm notifying us that their truck broke down and the delivery would need to be rescheduled for tomorrow. The day after when the furniture came, it did not fit into our house, even though the designer had measured every inch of the place and said this would be a good fit (different than the size we initially decided on because of measurements). After this when the product was returned, the refund for the item was never processed. I called the store several times to see what was holding this up, and was told that it was processed, and delayed because of my credit card company. That just told me how terrible their service is, and they're definitely not a company i will ever do business with after this. I had to dispute the transaction to make sure i get my refund. I do not recommend Haverty's to anyone.

Ordered and paid for one thing, was told several weeks later the item was no longer available and they tried to sell me something else. Poor accounting system if they don't even know whether an item is actually in stock, before the sale is made. I provided my contact information on your company website approximately six months ago.

Good selection of furniture. Sales staff approach you when you enter, some are more persistent than others. All have been willing to help patiently. Be sure to haggle on price or shipping, especially if there is a close match (no proof required) you are considering at another store. Salesman can offer sone discount, don't be afraid to ask for the manager who can make better deals.

Love the styles here. Sales people are very helpful and customer service is an A+. In 4 deliveries we have had 3 damaged pieces and they are on top of it and have it replaced quickly

I was in the store for 35 min today and no one asked if I needed assistance. My wife and I were planning on buying a living room set. There were sales people on the floor talking to each other and playing on the computer. I finally decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.
