Prices were great!! Lauren made our experience extraordinary!! She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Lauren and the store to anyone that's in the market to purchase a mattress.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. We were helped by Donn, who talked so much about himself and accomplishments and anytime we asked a serious question about a product he didn't answer it. Donn told us we were getting a great deal by purchasing a floor model of a mattress. We went home and decided to research the product we purchased and found it brand new for hundreds of dollars less on the Mattress Warehouse website. When we called about getting a price change Donn was extremely rude until I mentioned that I had already spoken with customer service about a solution and then he said they would refund us the price difference. THEN Donn had the audacity to call my husband and tell him that the price would only be about 100$ cheaper because I didn't factor in the price of the box spring online. Without checking with me my husband authorized us getting a box spring, thinking we had purchased one initially which we hadn't. Just another sales tactic by donn. I will never give mattress warehouse our business again nor will I refer them to anyone. If you want the pressure and lying of a car salesman, please visit Donn in Columbia.

Nothing like getting a broken split king adjustable bed delivered on a Saturday morning at 7:30 am. Store closed, customer service person for deliveries, Star, completely useless, unprofessional and unhelpful!! Warehouse closed on Sunday, so supposedly no possiblity of getting a new adjustable frame until Monday. And this store is not part of the Mattress Warehouse chain. Very very unhappy!! Now have NO bed to sleep on after spending over $3K (or rather only 1/2 bed)! UPDATE: Lauren, the salesperson at the store, was AMAZING. Again Star, was terrible, she should be fired, she is an awful representative for Mattress Warehouse - she couldn't care less about customer issues. She had no intention of helping in any way, didn't even offer any solutions and on top of it she is rude! My husband ended up driving to Frederick to the warehouse to pick up a new adjustable base, BUT only because of Lauren. So I highly recommend Lauren at the store, but customer service needs a lot of training and work - because they don't care about customers at all!!

Trouble was the delivery showed up at 7:15am with no prior communication. Also, we had made it clear that we were updating the size of our bed. There was no discussion on bed rails to accommodate size, so we thought the mattress would come with the rails. Unfortunately, not. So the delivery guys asked if we wanted to keep the box Springs in the plastic. The delivery seemed contracted, not connected directly to mattress warehouse. Call me old-fashioned, but service is complete with total customer satisfaction. When we spoke with the district manager about our concerns, he continually asked for our understanding as they move through the beginnings of a new system. However, why should that be our responsibility when we pay the same now as later when all is potentially 'worked out.' We love the product, and the sales people are knowledgeable, however the details listed above are why mattress warehouse did not receive a perfect rating.

Ordered a mattress from these guys and there was an issue with it being in stock when I was told it would be (which is no fault of theirs) and they helped me locate a different mattress and I was able to get it same day. Lauren was super helpful!
