We liked Lynn’s helpful but not pressured approach. We liked Manasi’s ideas and how much effort she put into getting to know us and our likes and dislikes. She even took the time to email us with layout ideas for our framed photos! We felt confident that what we ordered would work in our family room due to Manasi’s visit to our home. It looks beautiful!!

The Lazy Boy experience I had at the Columbia Md store was excellent. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful allowing us to choose the loveseat set that fit us the best. Very very satisfied with the entire experience at this Lazy Boy show room.

The sales representative was very pleasant and responded to all my questions; she helped me make good decisions during the purchase process and explained all areas of the purchase process in detail so I could understand each and every section. She was very professional at all times, but also acted in a friendly manner. Very patient.

David was very patient; there were several physical issues/constraints that made shopping for an appropriate chair difficult for me, but David never rushed, he explained everything that was asked of him clearly & unhurried.
