Awful Delivery Experience and the Apple Console on the Jackson couch doesnt work at all. First they took forever (6 weeks) to ship the couch. Then they failed to allow for white glove delivery. Then when they delivered the couch it had black sut or ashes all over it. It was wet and dirty. The worst part was the apple docking station doesnt work. Even though it is plugged in -- it does not have power. i have contacted them and gotten no reply.

DO NOT ABSOLUTELY PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. TRY CALLING - I BET YOU NO ONE ANSWERS. ITS A FRAUD WEBSITE. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. ZERO STARS

I've been here many times with my siblings and friends and we all love it! The kids enjoyed playing with the huge stuffed animals and we enjoyed great service from the sales team. They were very flexible and also have a terrific price matching policy. They answered all our questions very patiently and were able to recommend items that suited our individual needs. It's a perfect store for gifts since they have a wide range of pricing and a variety of unique items that I can never find in a physical store! Highly recommend it.

I love this store! I cannot say enough good things about Babies1st. I was a nervous first-time dad and the sales people made me feel comfortable. They have a great selection of strollers and car seats and their sales people know A LOT about strollers and car seats! I also saw products in the store that I thought could only be purchased over the Internet. An amazing selection and great pricing. You have to see this store!

Babies1st has a huge selection of great baby products at competitive prices. The store is beautifully designed and a real pleasure to browse through! I was able to walk into this store and browse at my own pace for everything I needed for a new baby! From newborn to toddler-I only had to make one stop!
