This is the third time I have been here in the last six months. EVERY time it is the same story. Absolutely rude customer service. The woman talked to me as if she was doing me a favor. Didn't count my change back, just shoved her hand out of the plastic devider. My order was wrong. I was missing fries and a sandwich. The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered tasted like fish. The chicken tasted great thoughi ordered the 8 piece family meal. The dirty rice that came with it was over cooked. The inside of the restaurant was trashed. You could see food that was ground into the floor. Yhink I will take a year off from eating here again.

Service times could be better. Understanding that there is a "Now Hiring" sign and they are still short staffed on all shifts the crew does their best to get the job done.

I purchased a Chicken Salad and had to wait 15 minutes.  Plus the salad looked horrible. Wilted lettuce and cucumbers.  Will never dine there again!

My favorite biscuit place. But today the pork chop biscuits were so dried out like it had been under a heat lamp for quite a while. Also had hair on one biscuit. Room for a lot of improvement.Food: 2/5

I have attached a photo. It was undercooked! There was blood and the meat was a light pinkish color with bloody spots and cold on the inside. Only the thighs and breast pieces were undercooked, the wings and the drumsticks were fine. They didn't let the larger pieces cook thoroughly. I understand they want to get the food out quickly, but please keep the customers in mind. Those who don't have patience and are mean to the fast food workers deserve to get bloody chicken. However I understand there may be short staff workers and some wait times, but I'd rather be waiting than get my food cold and bloody. I will not be returning.

The past couple of days I’ve been coming here my fries have not been up to par. i should stop coming back all together, I don’t usually say anything but today I had a hair in my food. To make things worse I found it towards the middle of the box, which makes me think “have I been eating hair the whole time”. This is not the first time I’ve heard of this being a problem here, something needs to definitely change.

This is for the corporate office only. Close it down and open a Popeyes. It's either they ran out of chicken by 6 p.m. or like today a cash only sign was taped to the intercom. Never had a issue with the staff. The staff is great! Only reason I gave 1 star is so I could write this review. Wish I could give blowjangles less.

I was on a road trip and needed some food!  I always enjoy your food and while you were my first thought I thought I would eat something different for dinner.  I opted for a burger near by and after waiting 10 minutes for food was totally disappointed slow service and subpar food.  I walked out of the burger joint and drove on over to your Southern Pines location.  I walked in, placed my order and had my hot, freshly prepared food in less than three minutes.    Thanks for making my day!

I went through the drive up. Made my order they told me how much said they only had dark meat. Okay like the dark meat. Got to the next window told they had no chicken. What?Food: 1/5

15 minute wait time for a chicken sandwich that got to me cold. Found a black curly hair stuck between the bun and pickle slice. Iced tea dispenser was filthy with chunks of - something - flowing out of it into cups. A zero out of 5 stars should be an option.
