Amazing experience. I ate here a lot while I worked in Aberdeen last year. I moved to a different company out of town and hadn't been there for about 8monthes the owner or manager is amazing. He remembers what I get everytime even after that long. Always an enjoyable experience and always fast!

Edit 9/2/2022: I just attempted to eat at this establishment. I had to walk out because there was food and trash strewn about, the door was broken, and the employees were outright disrespectful, particularly to an individual with a disability.  I have conflicting thoughts on this place.  It's usually fast, however; I don't like that they don't ask you what you want on your sandwich.  Additionally, the amount of bread in proportion to meat is off.  That is, you will receive very little meat and cheese and a lot of bread which deadens the flavor of the sandwiches.   On the other hand, it is affordable.

Terrible customer service. The kid behind the counter starred at us until we asked him if we order from him. He then pulled out one of two AirPods and said “yea”.  We put in our order without a word from the kid. I’ll call it up as terrible training on the part of the owner.

I placed an advanced order for a baseball team meal with another local establishment and when I arrived they told me they couldn’t fill my order. I called Jimmy John’s and asked if they could make 20 subs on the fly and they said - No problem.  Total lifesavers. Thank you so much for helping me get the team meal to the team before their bus left. I’m a loyal patron now for sure.

Alright, so I gave it the good ol college try.  50 times, not hyperbole. 50 times I attempted to get delivery to my workplace. 6 times they had a delivery driver. Half way through I had to start calling ahead before ordering online. Mind you, these 50 are just after I decided to start counting after I realized it's a problem.  No more jimmy johns for me.  Unfortunate.

I used to order alot because I loved the sub and pickles and they would always deliver everytime and I would leave a tip each time. Since July, I was getting the run around about there was no dilevery driver. I believe it for a while until I passed by the delivery car in August. I am upset because I feel that it's not that they deliver anymore, I deeply believe it's the apartments that I stay in. We are within the five mile radius, so what's the problem? I guess my money don't matter. I can't help where I live, but I am always polite, respectful, and always give a tip. I hate how the company judge another person's action to keep from serving people who actually love the company. Smh. I just wish that I could still get delivery because sometimes I dont feel good enough to drive that's why I request for delivery and to hear no everytime upsets me because we are within the five mile radius.

Their food is so good. I love that they have low carb options and its still good. Its also packaged very well so its easy to eat. Always friendly and helpful. My favorite sub shop!

Staff is not wearing face masks while preparing food.  Kind staff. Love there food. However disappointed bc I ordered for pickup and called for curbside when I arrived but no answer. When I went in staff was making sandwiches but not wearing masks of any sort. Waited more then 20 minutes after placing order before it was even started. Bc it hadn’t been started I just cancelled order and I didn’t want to take the risk. If I hadn’t gone inside I would never had known they were not taking extra safety precautions with staff.  With the pandemic it just seems silly and reckless that a cold sandwich restaurant that doesn’t offer to heat sandwiches wouldn’t implement the policy of wearing masks for the time being. What’s the point of curbside pickup if these safety practices aren’t being followed in store during this time.
