The staff was awesome! My grandbaby loves firehouse pickle spears and I asked if I could buy extra, and he told me he'd throw a few in for him, on the house. So sweet.
The decorations and themes certainly hold up to its name, and the food is top-notch!
Taste great but they don't all wear hair coverings and we have found hairs in our food. Did it in for us
Service was pretty quick considering it was busy, my first time there. Sandwhich was nothing special, good flavor, over all good. The counter has a bunch of sauces sitting out to put on your sandwich, but they should be refrigerated. Some of them did not look the tone or color like they should have, guaranteed to get sick if you add these to your meal.
Have loved the company subs for awhile but tonight was dissapointed. Received half of my Italian setup
My first time to any Firehouse Subs was in Aberdeen NC. There was so much hot pepper in the Ranch dressing on my sandwich & salad that I couldn't eat them. The Manager would do Absolutely nothing about it. Horrible Manager. Horrible Customer Service. She needs fired!!
Best sub around by chainstore. Clean, reasonably fast. Little pricey but what isn't nowadays?
Barely a 4 star its hit or miss on certain days. Whatever you so don't waist time on a small sub. They are kid size and about two bites its gone. I enjoy the brisket when its made ckrrectly.
It's a clean sandwich shop with a nice variety of offerings, but there's nothing that really makes it stand out, particularly at this price point. The firefighter thing is a gimmick, there is nary a halligan or any other contemporary firefighter tool in sight. Fair overall.
This is the first time I have had Firehouse in over a year due to always having issues with my order. I was sincerely looking forward to a really good sub for dinner. After getting home and finally getting to dig into my sandwich I discovered my Italian sub had turkey on it instead of ham yuck and was missing a few other ingredients I had ordered when placing the order online. When I spoke to the manager she told me I would have to come back to the store that’s 30 mins from my house which I explained to her and show them the sub was wrong for them to remake it. In no universe is a $10 sub worth driving 30 mins to the store and back. I placed the order online there is no reason that there should have been any discrepancies especially not a meat replaced for another meat. So gross. I’m so disappointed, I will not be returning ever to this location.
