Ordered garlic butter and paid for two but got none. Pizza was wrong when we came to get it. Had to be remade. The person taking the order was less than pleasant. Will not order from here again.
This Papa John‘s is horrible!!! Call was made to order a pepperoni and beef pizza. Waited about an hour to get the pizza only for the pepperoni topping to be only on a few slices and the beef thrown in the middle of the pizza not spread throughout the pizza. I could have gotten a better pizza at Little Caesars. I called the store, after talking to someone on the central line, and the lady had me on hold after I told her of my complaint for about thirty minutes. I didn’t receive a call back nor were my concerns addressed. The customer service for this location is not up to the quality that Papa John’s say that they work hard to achieve. I’m writing this review because everyone needs to know about this horrible service and I am hoping that they are able to make a change in their standards of service before this location is closed down like so many other restaurants in Aberdeen/Southern Pines area. I don’t plan to eat here anymore. By the way, I really don’t want to put one star but in order for me to post I am required.
Lived here 3 years and decided tonight to order papa johns locally. SO GROSS!!! Black hair under the pizza!! We are a family of blondes! That didn’t come from us!! Nasty nasty!!! See photo!!!! Not much more to say!!
Always polite and fast. Never had an issue in the 10 years here. However.... Someone help these guys out and get them some AC!!! It was warmer in that store than outside and the girl at register is sweating up a storm! Second time I've been here with this issue!
Management is terrible and will steal for you if you do not notice. Please check the gm and agm because they will give you normal pricing and then give the order a discount so they will profit of it. If you don’t want you’re local workers to overdose to keep up with the terrible pay then please stop ordering and save lives.
This place is incredibly slow. Order took over two and half hours.
***THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG, TODAY I ORDERED A PEPPERONI PIZZA FOR LUNCH, I GOT A CHEESE PIZZA. THE PIZZA WAS FINE I GUESS. THE STUFF CRUSH HAS A CHEESE STICK TEXTURE. OVERALL I'M GONNA HAVE TO GO BACK TO DOMINOS OR SOMETHING, THIS US A CONSTANT ISSUE. TOO BAD DOMINO'S NEVER STARTS DELIVERY UNTIL LATER IN THE DAY***
I only order pizza from this Papa John's location. They treat me like gold, pay attention to my requests and always help me find ways to save money on my orders. I don't order well done cooked anymore because it can burn the pizza crust sometimes, and regular baking is just fine. It always arrives hot and fresh by a friendly delivery person. I try to order around peak times so I don't end up 3rd in line. Sometimes things happen, but the store always makes it right for me. Develop an ordering relationship with this store and you will see what I mean. Pick the store closest to your home or go pick up for maximum temperature control. And remember that a pleasant attitude will get you farther in life than being upset at mistakes that sometimes happen. Enjoy your next pizza!
It's pizza. I liked the Shaqaroni. The other was meh.Food: 3/5
I showed up at the door with mask on. Door locked, person making pizzas inside has no mask on. I am told to call the phone number and make my order. I call and can hardly understand the speech of the person trying to take the order. Finally, order given am told it will take 15 to 20 minutes. I said I am standing right outside the front door. Person then tells me it might take up to 25 minutes. I refuse to give them my CC until I get the order. I wait more than 30 minutes. I call the manager and tell them to cancel the order and I will never try to get a papadias ever again.
