Other reviews are right on point. I waited an hour today just to get to the front of the line to take a number. It was 2oclock. Line was wrapped around the building. Worst dmv in the state of IL is correct. Where are all the staff?

Come visit the worst DMV in the state of Illinois! The slowest and worst state workers in the land. If I could give a quarter star rating, I would. I usually have to drive to the DMV in Morris, IL or Watseka, IL to get the job done quickly. Today, I visited this DMV to get my son's driving permit. Simple right? Not here! I have been waiting an hour just to get waited on after my initial check in. This is a simple task, but takes them a long time. Secrecy of State Jesse White, please help!

Some of the workers are rude... Im a private person and it's one there that talks really loud so everyone can hear your business... Jus poor customer service period.

This place is not as bad as I thought. I had to wait approximately 20 minutes, on a Tuesday at 4:30pm. I felt like employees did their best to make the process as fast as possible. Sure they could be more cordial, but it wasn't "Chicago Secretary of State office" bad.
