Treats customers with disrespect. Talks down to you like your stupid. The employees are mean amd were no help to me at all. Was getting ready for my driving test but instead of taking it told me I couldn't do it because of time wise which was completely untrue because I got there three hours,before time was even up. Now I have to pay for everything,g again,If it wasn't the closest one to my house I wouldnt have to go there. Such disrespectables iminiclbes.

Since when does the dmv check for legal status of someone who is only renewing their ID?? Didn’t know I was crossing borders then to add insult to injury it’s the nopal faces (Hispanics people ) who are doing this the most the irony this place is the most unprofessional dmv I have ever visited (Joliet dmv)

Do not go to this location. My daughter went in to get a replacement license and we were mailed a drivers license with our address and my daughter's correct birthday but a completely different person's name, face and drivers license number. Incompetent people working there including the manager that supposedly helped correct this mistake.

Awesome! This office is the best in service, usseful, I was there 4pm and 4:45 I was outthere, the people is amaizing nice, and worried to help me. Pd. I wasn't have appoinment.

They took a very long time to serve my son we been here since 12pm now it almost 130 an still waiting..
