Just awful. She didn’t hear you and you failed her without even moving. Good luck to you if you are elderly. To be fair the male road test guys are nice. The females need to understand that people are already nervous enough without your attitude. And I’m talking about a 77 year old. They did not treat her like a Queen. I bet the Queen was tested by a male.

I gave it four stars because I was there for about 2 hours to replace a license I lost. However, I will say that it was a Friday afternoon when I went and no kids had school that day in the area (what was I thinking?). However, everyone I encountered there was pleasant, kind, and helpful ... despite the fact that there was no end to their day in sight.

We went there to see what I had to do to transfer my title. The Kia dealership made it seem like I had to do something special. Though crowded, short wait and the woman behind the desk could not have been any more pleasant and helpful

The examiner named Gina or Lina (I don’t remember) was mean to me. She made me nervous at the first time she saw me. I asked her how is she doing, then she said you’re not supposed to talk when you’re driving. At that time I haven’t turned on the car yet, it’s pretty nice huh? Then she gave me attitude a lot of time. I’m asian and I just came here 2 years ago, of course my English is not as good as people who stay here longer. I did the 3 points backup wrong because I misunderstood what she said, when I understood what she meant, I did it pretty well. I still failed because she said I didn’t know how to backup. She was really mean, I don’t want to see her again.

Came in today on a Wednesday around 845 am. Was done in 5 minutes! Every worker I encountered was pleasant and efficient. I live no where near Naperville and I’ll probably return to this location in the future.
