I know that some people claimed to have some bad experiences at this location but not me. I've been here several times throughout the years and I've always had some very nice people behind the counter take care of me, I guess I'm just lucky. I definitely think that this is the best location and the most friendliest location in our area. Remember that this is not a full-service facility, it's only for license plate sticker renewal and drivers license.

Amazingly efficient! The most pleasant experience I have had at a secretary of state office in decades!

As far as dmvs go this is by far the best. Workers are polite and seem to get people in and out.

Typical DMV- the employees are rude. Talking out loud about how they wish they could go home,complaining about people, attitudes towards people who don't necessarily know what steps to take next, and my biggest issue, driving there 3 times to hear three different things. I finally had to father my documentation, to just change my name and address, and walk away. Make sure to ask for someone who will work with you and not three different people who gave me the wrong information- as if I don't have anything else to do but to come back three times with different documentation.

I'm always in and out of this place very quickly which is what I'm looking for @ the DMV. Most of the staff has always been friendly, although u have your stereotypical cant crack a smile, irritated tone employees there too, which is the only reason why it's not 5 stars from me.
